Roadmap to Excellence: Understanding Quality through Learning and Continual Improvement
The CSA has released its first ever peer-reviewed research paper.  Roadmap to Excellence, defines quality and proposes how quality could be measured.  The paper also examines the distinction between quality assurance and quality control, and how this distinction is very important in achieving program- and institution-level quality.  See Full

Workforce Requirements: Recession & Recovery
CSA as part of Ontario’s Workforce Shortage Coalition (OWSC),  has released its report on recommendations to strengthen the province’s workforce to meet the challenges of the recession and the longer-term challenge of a skills shortage. See Full

Combating Poverty: PSE Attainment and Alleviating Pressure on Ontario’s Social Safety Net
In partnership with the Ontario Association of Food Banks, Town & Gown Association of Ontario and the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance, the CSA has released a submission to the Minister of Children & Youth Services’ Poverty Reduction Consultations on how the government can combat poverty for college, college/university and university students.
