What is the Leadership Success program?

Leadership Success (LS) is an exciting new initiative designed to provide essential and practical skills relevant to the circumstances of student leaders. This customized program integrates the development of leadership skills and behaviours, built around typical student government issues and situations.

The College Student Alliance (CSA) has contracted with Diamond Management Institute to develop and deliver Leadership Success to Ontario’s college student association leaders. Participation in the LS program is open to all members of the CSA who are actively part of their Student Association board. Additional participants may participate on the recommendation of a their Student Association.
