CSA Pre-Budget 2020 This document outlines the recommendations we submitted to the provincial government in their 2020 budget consultations, in which we highlight areas that college students require support.

This document is a written submission to the Ministry of Colleges and Universities on the reopening of colleges in the 2020/21 school year. CSA was invited to a consultation on the reopening of PSE during COVID-19 and we have outlined several areas in which college students will need support in the upcoming school year.

CSA’s 2019 pre-budget recommendations prioritize students access, quality and affordability of college education. With proper investment today, college students hold the ability to create a more productive tomorrow.
